Bruce Lee once said, “You must be shapeless, formless, like water. When you pour water in a cup, it becomes the cup. When you pour water in a bottle, it becomes the bottle. When you pour water in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can drip and it can crash. Become like water my friend.”

Nowadays, we need this quote more than ever. In a society that is in a situation that it has never been in before, people are crashing.

We are not sure how to react to what is happening, and we are anxious to figure out how to prepare for what will happen. That is a mixture that produces fear, worry, and self-doubt. This begs the question, how do we avoid these negative feelings? It’s simple, we must be like water ready for anything that comes our way.

Embrace the uncomfortable and long for the times that will challenge us. We can’t control what will happen in this world. Even if we have the perfect plans, life can be shaken at any given moment.

However, we can control how we react to what happens. If we perfect this, we shall grow and be ready for what comes in our way. Be like water my friend.
