Full body strength circuit you can do at your home without any equipment. Repeat 3x (each round is under 8 minutes).

Perform with as little rest as necessary to keep your form on point :)

  • Squats 20 reps

  • Hollow Body Hold :20 Seconds

  • Push-ups 10 reps

  • Superman hold :20 Seconds

  • Lateral to Crossover Lunge 8 reps each

  • Prone Shoulder Swimmers 10 reps
