Shoulder Mobility Training

This shoulder mobility routine is perfect for you if you have arms, because chances are pretty good those arms are attached to your body by shoulders.

Given that the shoulder has the largest range of motion of any joint in the human body, you can never have too much strength and control throughout that range of motion (aka mobility).
