Frequently Asked Questions

Your first session will involve a full head-to-toe evaluation, getting to the root cause of your problem. From there, generally, there will be some hands-on treatment, some exercises to start with, and most importantly a discussion about the plan moving forward from there.
Follow-up sessions could involve hands-on manual therapy techniques and/or movement-based interventions that will attack the root cause of your issue.

So the best answer we can give you at this point is, it depends. Here are some factors that need to be considered:
How long have you dealt with the injury
Number of factors contributing to the problem
Biological factors (tissue healing time, tissue adaptation time)
At the end of your evaluation, we will be able to give you an accurate estimate of how long it will take you to reach your goals.

Here’s another “it depends.” We’ve put together packages at a range of price-points to support everyone from the person that prefers to do the work primarily on their own to the person that prefers to have us next to them every step of the way.
Respectfully we’ll ask you this question - What will this cost you if you don’t get it fixed? Or end up wasting your time because you wanted it done cheaper?
-
Yep!

Yes. We guarantee to give you 100% of our best effort to solve your problem. If you don’t think we have or are not happy with us for any reason, we will give you your money back. No questions asked.
-
Yes! You can literally budget 1 extra minute into your travel time for your appointments. No circling the block, looking for a meter or dealing with underground lots/structures that cost a fortune. Just pull into our huge (free) lot, park, and walk the 20 feet to our entrance 🙂
-
Let’s not get ahead of ourselves yet! We can’t tell you if we’re going to be the best for you, because we don’t know enough about you and your unique problems. However, once we do, we can let you know whether or not we’ll be your best option at getting this thing resolved for you. And if we aren’t, we’ll let you know that too (promise)!

One of our beliefs is that “people don’t care what you know, until they know how much you care.” So we’re going to put here first and foremost that our entire team CARES (yes… all CAPS because we extra extra care).
But also, so you know, the clinical team is made up of bad-ass doctors of physical therapy, strength coaches and licensed massage therapists.

While consistency will always lead to the best and quickest results, we understand life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment (and want to avoid a late cancel/no-show fee, we need a minimum of 24-hour notice). If you are on a plan, we do give you one “freebie” 🙂
You can text 24/7 to let us know if something has come up. The more notice we have, the more likely we can find a way to reschedule you at a time that will work for you. In other words, PLEASE give us the chance to try to move things around for you. We’re in this with you and want more than anything for you to reach your goals as fast as possible!
