Single Leg Squats to Chair 8 reps
Heel Raises (Feet Straight) 8 reps
Plank Low/High 20s
Heel Raises (Toes Out) 8 reps
Dowel Rows Behind Head 12 reps
Heel Raises (Toes In) 8 reps
Split Squats 10 reps each side
