Corona Killer Circuit 1.2

Another killer full body circuit you can do at home with minimal equipment. Just a chair and a stick or towel is all you need.

Repeat the full circuit 3x (again each round is under 8 minutes)!

Rest as little as possible while maintaining good form.


Single Leg Squats to Chair 8 reps

Heel Raises (Feet Straight) 8 reps

Plank Low/High 20s

Heel Raises (Toes Out) 8 reps

Dowel Rows Behind Head 12 reps

Heel Raises (Toes In) 8 reps

Split Squats 10 reps each side
