Do You Have A "Bad" Knee? Here Is How To Make It Better.

When you move does your knee hurt?

After you move does your knee hurt?

Do you have a "bad knee"?

We love using labels. When something gives us pain or is not working how we want to we label it. We like to blame our pain or poor performance on our "bad knee". However what did you knee do that made it bad? Did it rob a bank?

We label it and avoid it. Then when it becomes a problem we go to the doctor and tell the doctor that we have a bad knee and when we move it hurts us.

The Doctor assumes we know what we are talking about and that it is in fact a "bad knee" and the only way they know how to fix it: "Well let me give you some medicine for the pain and schedule you for surgery so we can fix your "bad knee".

Just like that our "bad knee" turned into our "surgery knee".

Here at Victory we want to avoid that at all costs.

We want the knee you have to be your good knee. So first things first stop calling it what it is not. Your knee is not bad. If your knee is in pain, that is your bodies way of telling you something is not working properly. Soreness and discomfort is our bodies check engine light.

However for some reason instead of taking it in and getting it checked out we just ignore it and hope that it will heal and get better. In time the pain does lessen but the underlying cause of the problem doesn't go away.

We understand you are not a mechanic and might not be aware of what is causing the problem. That is why we put together this guide to help you find out on your own what could be causing your knee to be acting up. Check it out here: What you Kneed to Know About Knee Pain!

Try it out and let us know how you made your "bad knee" feel happy and healthy again.

Remember be kind to your body it is not doing anything wrong, it's just trying to let yo know what it needs. Spend some time getting curious and taking care of your body yourself!
