Do the Work!
As we're going through this time (corona, fires, election), where there's more stress happening globally, there is an OPPORTUNITY here. This is an opportunity for you to get stronger.
How? Meditate, journal, do breath work, do your morning routine, do your mantras, and do your home exercise program!
If you can maintain your practices during stress, especially times of high stress, then you will come out on TOP when the stress begins to ease up.
If you let yourself slide back, when you are experiencing stress, and you throw your hands up right now and say F it! 2020 you win. I am just going to do whatever I feel like doing. I am not going to put in the work, I am going to let this thing pass. Then you are building more trauma on top of old trauma.
It will be harder for you to dig out of this whole on the other side of this.
Right now is a pivotal moment in your life, in all of our lives to do the work.
Right now is the time and there is no other time.
So do it, and work on it.
